As I move towards distant alpenglow
I feel a calm push me along, guiding me through the falling sky

To where my mind desires
No longer lost at sea
To find the shore, to find myself
Rise above the currents
Must stay afloat
Must find my way

As the fear leaves my eyes I can feel the sand beneath me grounding my thoughts
Questions without answers are bound within my mind

Who am I?
What have I become?
A sure memory of two?
Reality or illusion?

As tranquility soothes me I feel a presence familiar yet sinister
A nightfall with ravenous intent, it surround me

Strings like shadows emanate dividing me from my guiding light
I must not be contained!

Under: Eyes are locked
Rushing: Knife in hand

Moving: A will to feed
Nearing: A twisted desire
Drawing: A ravenous mind

The glass burns my feet as I run
Guided by nothing but the scarlet light through the falling sky
Leading me to the answers that I seek

Atop a hill I notice a colour, so ominous yet welcoming
Difficult to see, but still I make my way
The light that guided me has all but faded, leaving behind a verdant outline that is
Boundless in height it holds up the nocturnal sky, fracturing under the endless tension
I put out my hand

Drift through ones dreams
(Enter the light) (I must contain)
I feel calm
A sense of haven (Must not hate Must not break)
Free from eyes (Must not fear Must not crack)
A sense of joy (Must not drown Must not fall)
Free from the web (Must not fail Must stay afloat)
A sense of freedom

The blackness all around reflecting my path, my fate
The rippling with all the hate and desire, a sight to behold
I stand atop the world the web closing in
I must find my salvation before it's too late
Before it comes crashing down

A figure appears from troubled sight
Familiar yet unsettling
A light whirls around, encasing me
