A figure looms at the threshold
With a face familiar yet different
Like a nightmare she creeps to me
She speaks to me, my eyes are locked

Do you know who you are?
Do you know what you've become?

These questions that I don't have the answers to tear at my soul
Who am I? What have I become?
She meets my stare, her eyes are raw

The one who was there in the nightmares
A familiar face

I stood overhead and watched her die
With my knife in hand, I watched as the fear left her mortal eyes
Was it all a dream? My vision I saw now stands right in front of me
